Paula Patton Alleges Robin Thicke Physically Abused Her

The messy custody battle between Robin Thicke and Paula Patton rages on as Patton has now accused Thicke of domestic abuse in new court documents.

Robin Thicke must stay away from ex-wife Paula Patton for the time being and can have only monitored visits with their son, Julian, a judge has decided.

Thicke left them only after Patton's mother contacted police, the filing read.

According to a declaration the Warcraft star filed during her custody battle with Robin over their son Julian, she stormed out of the hotel room and wandered the streets of NY in tears.

Regarding the first claim, she cited an alleged incident on January 19 that she said was "terrifying" for both her and Julian.

Thicke is scheduled to honour his late father on Friday and Saturday at the NHL 100 Gala and the NHL All-Star Celebrity Shootout as an assistant coach. She filed a declaration with the courts this week, stating that she "never found any spankings to be excessive in any way".

Patton's claim alleges Thicke showed up at her mother's house last week and became belligerent when asked to leave, Billboard reports.

As for the custody ruling, it will stay in effect until February 24, the date of their next hearing. Fast-forward to today where the two sought temporary sole custody over Julian in a Los Angeles courtroom.
