Trump reportedly considering Fox News star for White House press secretary

Trump spoke to Judge Jeanine Pirro in an interview that will air Saturday on Fox News Channel.

"I mean, he gave her a free pass like nobody's ever, ever gotten a free pass", Trump said, referring to the FBI declaring it found no new evidence against Clinton after reopening its investigation of her private email server, adding, "they should have liked him".

She was originally considered for press secretary during the presidential transition, but the job went to Spicer, the former spokesman for the Republican National Committee.

Hallie Jackson of MSNBC asked Spicer that if he refuses to neither "confirm nor deny" if Trump has tapes of conversations he had with Comey, how any official would feel comfortable speaking privately with the president in the White House.

"I find Sean Spicer to be the entertainment in a very non-entertaining administration", she said.

As they huddled in a hallway, one eagle-eyed reporter for the conservative One America News Network spotted a handful of staffers, including Spicer and spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders, walking not far from Spicer's office. Trump reportedly only informed Spicer of the decision an hour before he announced it publicly, leading to a widely-mocked moment where Spicer hid "among the bushes" as reporters sought answers about Comey's firing.

Michael Flynn: Documents sought from ex-Trump advisor over Russian Federation inquiry
Yates's warning about Flynn in January capped weeks of building concern among top Obama officials, the officials told the AP. Yates said that this also caused her concern, as she knew that this was not true - and so did Russian Federation .

She is a former San Francisco and Los Angeles prosecutor.

The New York Times reported last week that Trump had mentioned Guilfoyle to allies as a possible press secretary, though Trump had previously praised him as getting "great ratings".

"If the propaganda "destroy-Trump" media - if they're gonna smear and slander him and his administration and his family and lie about facts and what he's done, why bother", Hannity said. "I think it's a good idea".

"It has to be somebody with a very close relationship, where there's trust there, there's inherent loyalty, someone who's been there from the beginning", Guilfoyle said on a broadcast of "The Five" last week. To me, that's what so fun because at this point since we don't know, we can just use our imaginations and pretend they're yelling about any one of those things because, to be honest, they probably were. It turns out it's probably actually Donald Trump. "He was cracking up... he's like, 'Oh my goodness, you're a rockstar, you'd be fantastic, but oh man.' He was teasing me", Guilfoyle said.

"The president and the foreign minister reviewed a range of common threats to our two countries including threats to civil aviation", McMaster said. Do you think they need to tone it down?

She also told the newspaper that she loves working at Fox News and would be reluctant to leave the network.
