Allegedly, CIA and South Korea agreed with a group of terrorists to enter the country to kill Jong-un.
One of the countries doing business with North Korea is China, as it supplies almost all of the regime's crude oil, diesel, and jet fuel.
The North Korean Security Ministry alleged that a North Korean native working in Russian Federation as a lumberjack was "bribed", Yonhap reports, by the Central Intelligence Agency and NIS to kill Kim Jong-un.
Still, as AP describes it, the new accusation marks a departure from the frequent bluster from Pyongyang directed at the USA, as it "was unusual in its detail". The CIA declined to comment and South Korea has issued no statement so far.
Recent events like the USA warships sailing across the Korean peninsula and the activation of the THAAD missile shield in #SouthKorea have exacerbated tensions in the region. #NorthKorea has also threatened to carry out its 6th nuclear tet.
Then, in April, reports suggested that China's patience with North Korea was wearing thin as Pyongyang continued to conduct nuclear missile tests, and that Beijing was considering a suspension of its crude oil exports to its neighbor should North Korea conduct a sixth nuclear test.

Threatening to "ferret out and mercilessly destroy" the "terrorists" in the CIA and South Korean intelligence agency in a message that ran on state media, North Korea's Ministry of State Security said that the two countries had colluded in an attempt to use biochemical weapons against Kim.
"A disgusting terrorists' group, which the Central Intelligence Agency and the IS infiltrated into the DPRK on the basis of covert and meticulous preparations to commit state-sponsored terrorism against the supreme leadership of the DPRK by use of the bio-chemical substance, has been recently detected", the statement goes on.
"Upon his repatriation, the [intelligence agencies] conspired with [the suspect] to carry out a bomb attack on our supreme leader, either during an event at the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun, or at a military parade", the statement read.
The U.S. has sent a warship to the region and installed a controversial anti-missile defence system in South Korea.
Terrorism is a common enemy to all people, the North Korean government said. The North Korean statement described the U.S. as a state sponsor of terrorism itself, and an "empire of evil". Bullet holes are still visible on a tree above the presidential Blue House. The report did not specify whom he was paid to assassinate.
South Korea's military "strongly condemned" the drill and warned of "fatal" consequences if the North provoked it.
