A horseshoe-shaped diamond ring that Elvis Presley wore during his famous 1973 Aloha from Hawaii television special sold for $204,800 at a music memorabilia auction held Saturday at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York City. The red Jetstar has no engines and needs a restoration of its cockpit. Known as the "Lost" jet, the plane is decked out with the rock star's signature style, including plush, red velvet seats that have clearly sunk in from the weight of several bodies, marble bathroom sinks, and gold faucets (not to mention some old-school TVs and what appears to be a microwave).

Elvis Presley's custom-built 1962 Lockheed Jetstar is headed to the auction block. GWS Auctions Inc. out of California is holding the auction for the plane on May 27, 2017 at an event featuring A-list celebrity memorabilia. It has been privately owned for 35 years and has been sitting idle on a tarmac in Roswell, New Mexico.

'This jet has the potential of being fully restored, and placed on exhibit for the world to come see.

Presley's jet is now owned by a private collector and there's no reserve on the auction. It has been in the hands of a private collector and housed at the Roswell International Air Center for about 30 years.
