As reported by the Inquisitr, the 28-page report of Officer Jeronimo Yanez telling his version of what he said happened the day he shot Philando to death featured Yanez claiming that he followed Philando and his fiancee, Diamond Reynolds, for miles prior to pulling the white vehicle over for a traffic stop.
Among the exhibits in the evidence released this week are trajectory patterns of Yanez's seven shots into the auto. According to Tom, Yanez's actions were over the top for the situation that he was in. The video was made public by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Ramsey County Attorney's Office, Tuesday, June 20, 2017, just days after the officer was acquitted on all counts in the case. Her 4-year-old daughter was sitting in the back seat of the vehicle when Office Jeronimo Yarez opened fire on Castile. He was found not guilty on a second-degree manslaughter charge and two counts of intentional discharge of a unsafe weapon - given Reynolds and her daughter were both in the vehicle at the time of the shooting.
Yanez, who was found not guilty of manslaughter and other charges, began firing only seconds after Castile told the officer he had a gun.
"OK don't reach for it, then", Mr Yanez says. He told the driver twice more not to pull out the weapon and then started firing into the vehicle.
Castile, a 32-year-old elementary school cafeteria worker, had a permit to carry the weapon.
The release of the video made some people even angrier about the death. However, as Tom pointed out, Castile's gun was nowhere in sight.
Newly-released footage shows the devastating moment a four-year-old girl tried to calm her mother down after her boyfriend was fatally shot by a United States police officer. They also released a 30-minute interview conducted with Reynolds by BCA agents hours after the shooting. She initially explained that an Xbox video game console had been stolen, and she showed the officers evidence that things had been disturbed on her bed. It captures what was said between the two men.

Trump acknowledges for first time he's under investigation
The transition, a nonprofit structurally separate from the Trump campaign, continues to operate with a small staff. The official demanded anonymity because the official was not authorized to be named discussing the deliberations.
The officer's main defense was that he thought that Castile was reaching for his gun instead of his license and registration. Yanez tells Castile he has a brake light out before asking for his paperwork.
On the witness stand, Yanez described Castile's right hand in a "C"-grip, wider than if grabbing a typical wallet".
Castile's body is thrown to the right after the first shot.
While we can't see into his psyche, something tells us Yanez wouldn't have feared for his life had he had pulled over a white man smoking a cigarette. Reynolds' then-4-year-old daughter started to get out of the auto and was grabbed by an officer.
In the background, you can hear police radios, and at the end of the video, Reynolds appears to be talking to an officer telling them that her phone just died and she has no way of contacting family before the video cuts off.
Yanez is heard shouting at the woman to keep her hands up. "I don't want you to get shooted, OK?" And I had no other option than to take out my firearm, and I shot.
