Comedian Kevin Hart and country musician Chris Young are among the celebrities donating to relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.

"At this point, this is a serious matter", he continued.

In a video (warning: the video contains profanity) posted to Instagram, the stand-up comic and actor dedicated $25,000 to the American Red Cross' Harvey relief effort.

In an Instagram video that's been viewed over a million times, he talked about being moved to action after hearing about what is going on in Houston.

Young, meanwhile, states in a video on Twitter that he is donating $100,000 to the Red Cross as part of a GoFundMe page he helped set up for those hit by Hurricane Harvey. I'm praying for these people in Texas.
