Kaepernick Says He'll Stand For The Anthem If A Team Signs Him

Colin Kaepernick fully focused on football, refuses to give up NFL career

In response at National Football League games over the next few days, many more players kneeled during the anthem or locked arms with teammaes and in some cases also with their team's owners.

According to La Canfora, Kaepernick has remained so quiet because he's been focusing on staying in shape, sharpening his football skills and trying not to cause any distractions that would keep him from earning another shot on the gridiron.

However, in his recounting of that conversation he had with Kaepernick on CBS' Inside the NFL on Sunday, La Canfora said Kaep would not kneel during the National Anthem if given the opportunity to return to the NFL. When sources told Schefter that Kaepernick would stand for the anthem.

La Canfora said his "primary takeaway" was that Kaepernick's sole focus is on being a quarterback.

Shkodran Mustafi was held back in the box, and Olivier Giroud converted the penalty to score his 100thgoal for Arsenal . I just pray that he is not hampered any more by any problems, then you will see him getting stronger and stronger.

Oddly, Kaepernick hardly reacted at all when Schefter's report came out.

The issue has grown as Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett recently said he was racially profiled by Las Vegas police during a confrontation, and President Donald Trump aggressively chastised players and team owners for protests during the anthem. "He's going to donate all his jersey sales and he's planning on standing for the anthem if given the opportunity, J.B". "When there's significant change and I feel like [the American] flag represents what it's supposed to represent, this country is representing people the way that it's supposed to, I'll stand".

While Kaepernick doesn't explicitly say that he's referring to La Canfora's report, the odds that he's not referring to La Canfora are astronomically high. When, by summer, the former 49er was still jobless, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell explained it had nothing to do with his refusal to stand for the national anthem.
