Venom Movie Trailer

In the teaser, we're shown numerous shots of Eddie in an MRI machine, accompanied by a voiceover that certainly suggests coming to terms with his life, and his own mortality. "Our own issues. Our own. demons".

The very first trailer for Spider-Man spin-off movie Venom starring Tom Hardy has just been released. Created at the height of the industry's boom - and the brainchild of Randy Schueller, David Michelinie, Mike Zeck, and Todd McFarlane - the character first appeared as a black replacement costume for Spider-Man.

Venom, as depicted in 2007's Spider-Man 3.

Will be interesting to see how Hardy wraps his tongue round this "protector" when the movie is released in October. Additionally, we get a glimpse of Reid Scott's as of yet unnamed scientist.

There's a space craft that is shown crashed, and it's pretty obvious that the symbiote is on the space craft, and then winds up with Riz Ahmed's character for experimenting. And there have been hints that Tom Hardy's Peter Parker/Spider-Man could make a cameo as well.
