Avalanche at California ski resort leaves 2 injured

Wenyu Zhang, 42, of Rocklin was located by Squaw Valley Ski Patrol members after he was reported missing late last night by friends. A full investigation will follow. One person suffered a "serious lower body injury" and was hospitalized, while another was treated for injuries at a medical facility near the resort and later released, Squaw Valley staff said. The three other guests who were caught in the avalanche left the scene unharmed.
