Jazz crowd taunts Paul George during Game 3

Kragthorpe Jazz’s quest to beat OKC is becoming a group project

While Rubio's shooting has improved every game in the series - 5-of-18 to 6-of-16 to 9-of-18 - Westbrook's has declined - 10-of-25 to 7-of-19 to 5-of-17. Rubio called it "an honor" to have his name next to the Jazz legend. "I have huge respect for him and playing here was great because I know how big of a point guard he was for this franchise".

It's true that rotations tighten up and bench units don't typically play quite as big of a role in the playoffs, but Crowder had been an important part of Utah's run to end the season as their most reliable bench player, and they'll need him to round back into form.

The Thunder started the second half hot, taking a 63-60 lead on a 3-pointer from Anthony, but again Utah had the answer.

It was clear watching Game 2 that the Jazz aren't too concerned about Anthony making shots. This has been a relatively high-scoring series, with games averaging 213 points, and with Westbrook sure to create a fast-paced game, this one will go over the bookies' mark.

Heading into Game 4, it's clear that the fans will be ready to vocally jab at George when the opportunity arises with a catchy nickname already in place for them to chant. "I think the first two games, I wasn't being effective in the midrange area", he said.

The Utah Jazz's uniforms weren't the only things that were fire for Utah in Game 3.

Bucks match-up with injury-ridden Celtics in first round of playoffs
In the final moments, however, the Celtics showed some important life, going on a 6-2 run in the final 1:37 to cut into the lead. On paper the Celts shouldn't even be in the postseason, much less hosting a first-round series with home court advantage.

While Sunday's practice was focused predominantly on physical recovery, the Jazz still did film study - as they always do.

Utah certainly went all out with its presentation for its first home playoff game this postseason. "Now it's all about kind of just understanding the situation that we're in".

Dwyane Wade led all scorers with 25 points off the bench for the Heat, who led by 12 points in the second half before letting a game they nearly certainly had to have slip away. The whole season, I've been saying if somebody gets by me, it's like, "All right, go ahead, try it". The Jazz won 56-46 on the boards last time out, a stat that included 15 offensive rebounds.

"Ironically, we've gotten worse as the series has gone on", he said.

Game 4 is set for Monday in Salt Lake City.

Thunder: Oklahoma City was outscored 30-14 after Adams sat down with his third foul early in the second quarter. After winning Game 1 of this series in relatively convincing fashion, the Thunder have now dropped two consecutive games to the Jazz.
