As per latest reports, the bail plea order pronouncement has now been pushed to 3 pm. The conditions include the fact that Khan can not leave the country without the court's permission and that he has to appear again for the next hearing.

Khan's fans set off firecrackers outside his home in Mumbai and outside the court in Jodhpur in the northwestern state of Rajasthan after the actor was granted bail.

Four other Bollywood actors accused in the case - Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu and Sonali Bendre - were acquitted, prosecution lawyer Mahipal Bishnoi said.

"Arguments were already over in the morning but Judge Joshi reserved the order for post lunch". His fans across cheered for his release.

The actor was earlier sentenced to five years in prison after he was convicted in 2006 in one of the two cases related to the killing of Chinkara deer.
