Sanchez slams 'false' claims of Mourinho sack bet

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should get the Manchester United manager's job on a permanent basis if he can push them into the Premier League's top four by the end of the season, according to former Old Trafford striker Dimitar Berbatov.

Solskjaer, who spent more than 11 years at Old Trafford as a player and coach, after being signed by the Scot, said he had no hesitation in accepting United's offer.

While Champions League qualification would seem the bare minimum expected of a United manager, Solskjaer insists he wants to get the team playing better football first and foremost before thinking about climbing the table. We said to him, go and play, get on the ball and make things happen.

"That was nice to hear, and it was a nice feeling that day, but I'm a guy who closes each day and looks forward".

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live, Keane said: "I do think the players obviously get away with murder".

"One of the reasons the decision has been taken by Manchester United is that players were considering their futures", Horncastle said.

"So hopefully we see that Paul Pogba now, but he has got the ability of being a box-to-box midfielder, he's matured now and I've seen him do it for France, so there's no reason why he can't do it for Man United".

Despite Chelsea's great run of form, the last season Championship winners humbled the Blues right in front of their home fans.

"The players know they are in England".

For example, the Koch brothers-backed group, Americans for Prosperity, applauded senators for putting "policy ahead of politics". An array of liberal and conservative advocacy groups rallied in support of the bill. "That is not respectful of crime victims".

Burnley have faced four of the top six so far this season and are yet to pick up a point, scoring one goal and conceding 14. They lost 2-1 to Inter in the San Siro in their first meeting in September.

Champions League: What Liverpool must do the reach knockout stages EXPLAINED
Klopp's side, finalists last season, have lost all three of their Group C away matches to leave them in danger of elimination. They have lost the first leg 1-0 in Naples. "So far at home we are good, but we have to be even better tomorrow night".

"The way he's dealt with people, the way he was manager of the club".

The inevitable question regarding United's culture of promoting youth to the first team was asked and Solskjaer sounded very excited about carrying on the tradition.

The most obvious topic came up next and it was about Solskjaer's winning goal in stoppage time that won United the 1999 Champions League final and the club's only treble in the process. I've seen the teams, I watch the Premier League.

"He won't have believed the phone call he got (from Manchester United) originally, and he'll still be on cloud nine".

"Juventus and other clubs around Europe were looking at this situation and the longer it went on the better it was for them because of the deterioration in relationship between Mourinho and the best players".

"I don't think it's a simple as that (blaming someone)".

"I was quite similar, we were young and were given this opportunity".
